- Locate the water filter compartment in your refrigerator
- Open the compartment and remove the old filter cartridge
- Insert the new filter cartridge, making sure to align the arrows on the cartridge with the arrows on the filter compartment
- Push the cartridge into place until you hear a click
- Run water through the dispenser for approximately 5 minutes to flush the system
- Reset the filter indicator light, if applicable
